11/19/2015 | New Location

HAVEN has left the building and Sok San Road for good. We are now getting everything ready and set up for the opening at our beautiful new space in Wat Damnak area. See our new address and map here and see you all in December.

09/23/2015 | Things Change

With tourism booming the town center has expanded considerably and the lease prices are skyrocketing. This proved also to be the case for HAVEN on Sok San Road. The rent will go up by 400%. As a result, we had to admit to ourselves that we would not be able to finance the program anymore. 

But we have found another location and are excited to announce that HAVEN Training Restaurant will be moving to a bigger, more special and more beautiful new space. There we will be able to take in and train more students, create more secure jobs for employees and welcome more guests.

HAVEN on Sok San Road will close on November 14th, 2015. From November 15th to 30th we will stay closed, for the big move. Then on December 1st, 2015, we will open at our new location in Wat Damnak area, near Angkor High School. 

It will be the beginning of a very special new HAVEN chapter and we can't wait to share it with you!!!

09/22/2015 | Our new Trainees

A big welcome to our wonderful new trainees at HAVEN, who started their 15 month training with us on September 1st, 2015. Now, after their three weeks long introduction training they are all super motivated and ready for the on-the-job training – and look forward to treating you here.

06/28/2015 | Plastic Free July

At HAVEN we are constantly working on making as little impact as possible on the environment. Among other things we do this by drastically reducing and even eliminating the use of “single-use” plastic, like plastic bags, straws and take-away boxes.

This year Plastic Free July will be held for the very first time in Cambodia and the HAVEN Family is ready: Starting on July 1st, everyone at HAVEN will attempt to also refuse single-use plastic in their free-time, for a whole week.

At HAVEN we have always been very mindful of our impact on the environment and are continuously optimizing our processes and the use of materials. Today we had the wonderful Sarah Rhodes from Plastic Free July Cambodia here, to do a special presentation on climate change for the whole HAVEN Family – which is only the beginning of a new training series here!

Yes, it is true. We are working on opening a second HAVEN Training Restaurant, to be able to offer more training positions for more disadvantaged young adults and therefore enable them a secure future.

Dear Guests, every once in a while we hear or find out that someone had tried to make a booking by email, but never received an answer from us. Unfortunately these emails seem to get lost in space – and there is nothing we can do about it.

But we guarantee you that we answer every single email within 24 hours. So if you do not receive a reply/confirmation within 24 hours, you can be sure that we never received your email. In that case, please resend your booking request or give us a quick call.
